Refund policy

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, unworn, and returned in its original condition with all tags and packaging intact.

To initiate a return, please contact us at tychetempwork13@gmail.com with your order details.

Once the returned item is received and inspected, refunds (if approved) will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Items marked as Final Sale are not eligible for return or refund unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.
